Actionline provides us with a quick, efficient, honest and competitive service for all our property maintenance / repairs to include complete pre tenancy refurbishment of our managed and Let only properties throughout the region.
Where possible we always look to tender projects to local Contractors and we have found that Actionline are able to provide a local service that is competitive, of a good standard and timely.
Actionline have carried out two substantial refurbishments for us, all the work was excellent and the complexities of listed building differential costing were handled effectively. The teams which worked on our two projects had an enormous variety of experience and solved a wide variety of problems quickly and effectively. They also worked well with our architects and specialist contractors.
Actionline do exactly what they say they will do, at the price agreed, and importantly, at the time they said they would. I don’t have a lot of time to organise things myself so it’s great to have someone you can trust to co-ordinate and implement everything from the start of an idea to the finished job. I will continue to use Actionline and would recommend them to anyone who wants to take the stress out of home improvements.
I employed Nick at Actionline to repaint the exterior of our shop in Lyme Regis. His quote was very reasonable. He and his team came when they said and did everything to a high standard in two days, despite finding unexpected rot which needed repair. They were tidy, cheerful and respectful of our need to stay open while the work was done. I would unhesitatingly recommend Nick and his team.
